    341 Today

    Ahh, I can't decide if I am scared or excited. I do know that I can't wait for this to be over and to be in the 60 day club. It's funny though our 60 days is up on our first son's 3rd birthday. Hehe, he gets a present and so do mommy and daddy.

    So hopefully it will go smoothly. It should we don't have anything the trustee would want. Well I will come back later and let you all know how it went.

I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!!

          It went GREAT!!!

          Our 341 went great. We were in there for 10 minutes, the Trustee doesn't see any assets. And we even got a $100 check. The company that took my hubby to court for the garnishment sent the money they took from his paycheck before we filed to the Trustee and he said since he didn't see any assets, he signed the check over to us.

          Our lawyer says that the next 60 days should fly by easily without any objections.

            Great news! Hopefully your 60 days will go by quickly as your lawyer says and hey...you got a $100 bonus !

              I bet you are so relieved! I hope mine goes as well tomorrow, and that I can get on here and report the same thing!! And yeah for the $100.00 check, I would go celebrate!!!

                      Haha, I know. Even the Trustee said that if everyone had a meeting like ours more would file. LOL..... If I would have known we'd get back I wouldn't have been so nervous.
