    Pacer brings good news

    I have been anxiously awaiting for the day our Trustee would report either asset or no asset about our case. I've been concerned that he might have a problem with the $10k we recieved from the army before filing (not that there is any left)...

    But today I checked pacer and TRUSTEE REPORTS NO ASSET!!!!!!!

    WAHOO........... so now we await discharge. Come on July 20th!!!

    September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

      Hurray! So glad the news was in your favor! Now it's just hang on until the discharge shows on PACER - shouldn't be long now! Congrats!!!

          congrats!

          congratulations on the no asset case!! my 341 was the day after yours, so hopefully before long mine will show the trustee report (we are waiting to see if the trustee wants our 5 acres)! anyways, im so happy for you!

            11/14/07 -filed C7 12/04/07 -case pulled for random audit.12/18/07 -341 held: Asset case due to engagement ring & tax return.02/19/08 - US trustee files motion to extend. 04/02/08- changed back to NO ASSET! I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!!
