How do I get a motion to obtain/ retain or use insurance proceeds in a chapter 7 bankruptcy it seems that is what I need to have my insurance proceeds issued from the house fire

Your situation is so unique, fo7 - it's worth paying a bk lawyer $250 for an hour of his/her time to help you do this right.
