It shouldn't be to hard to amend the form you forgot to sign.

You wouldn't have to resubmit everything. I think I signed maybe a half dozen places in all.

You just need to find out which form wasn't signed so that you can amend that one. (Or which ones if more than one.)

You might could call and ask the clerks office.

    Good Luck

      OK Folks!!

We're all in the same boat here. We do not need to go picking fights amongst ourselves.

We all file BK because we are BROKE.

Some folks are just luckier than others when it comes to scraping together the money to pay an attny.

Some folks are so broke they qualify for free Legal Assistance.

Others can't and have to go Pro Se to protect themselves against Law Suits, Judgements, and Garnishments.

      'Nuff said!!

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

Marzipan, it's very easy when we can't hear the tone of voice or facial expressions to accidentally misinterpret what another poster says here in the forum. Please give treehugger the benefit of the doubt. Everyone here knows it's better to file with a lawyer and they would if they had the money in hand to do so.

You aren't alone in the "I need money to hire a lawyer" boat. You'll find a few ways that some absolutely broke filers came up with the cash to pay their lawyer's fees here - http://www.************************/...rney/#more-717 . Hope this helps a little.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
