    Filed today....

    My attorney...make that my attorney's paralegal, electronically filed this afternoon.

    Its been interesting. Now I begin the petition process.

    Somehow, I'm confident that all will be well.

    We shall see.

    Thanks to all those here that have educated me, supported me and humored me.

    I shall keep everyone informed of any hurdles, interesting twists and snafus...

                I just filed last Thursday, and am now worrying about every little thing that could go wrong! It's going to be a long 8 weeks till my 341 meeting on September10th!
                One good thing, today for the first time in about a year and a half, I did not recieve one call from a collector! I will be able to turn my phone ringer back on!
                Here's to hoping the time goes fast and the results are good!!!

                  Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

                        Be Strong and confident, knowing you've made the decision to move on and do something that will give you and your family a new start.Some of us have made the journey to discharge and closing.As others have helped me,to encourage and give sound advice.For those who are about to file or you already have,don't feel guilty or put yourself down,and for the record i've never seen anybody in this forum judged for their circumstances.Just a great group of people who are going through or already have gone through this process.We're all here to help each other out.
