    Discharged!! woohoo!!

    ok, it says discharged 8/3/07!!! I am doin my happy dance!! just one question... we had to have our land appraised a couple weeks ago for the trustee.. he had filed an objection to our exemption of this land... but now we are discharged. he never sent out letter of assets to creditors or anything,,, does this mean its over and he dont want our land? It was only a small 5 acre narrow strip, pretty much worthless... SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME ITS OVER AND THE LAND IS OURS TO KEEP? our lawyer isnt in until monday... thanks so much everyone... i wouldnt have made it without you all...

    If the "it" that says discharged is PACER and there's a request there from the trustee showing that asks to be discharged from your case, then yep, it looks like the trustee decided your land didn't have enough value or would be too hard to sell. Your lawyer can confirm this on Monday. Here's an early congrats!!

      yep the it is pacer... but no letter from the trustee maybe he is just slow, but glad to see discharge anyways... guess i will have to talk to attorney monday to see if hes done with the land issue... thanks again

          does it also say closed?
          Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

                you should be able to keep your land if nothing has been done about it yet
