    SB, PLEASE don't double-post the same question in different forums as you have here. I already answered this very same question of yours at http://www.bkforum.com/showthread.php?p=111249#poststop

    This resource is woefully out of date and won't help you as much as you think. I listed several new up-to-date trustee resources for you to check out instead.

        Sorry about that lrprn. I thought I posted in the wrong place and couldn't figure out how to remove the original. It won't happen again. I'm still trying to get the hang of posting using quotes, etc. Thanks again for all of your help.
