    Discharged!!!

    Finally!!!!

    Just for everyones info.........

    Balance transfer of $7500 61 days prior to filing. No objection

    Multiple cash advances (2 for 1k and one for $2500) within 45 days. No objection.

    Had about $1200 cc purchases within 30 days. No objection.

    Circuit City Credit (chase) sent a reaffirmation agreement for a $1100 balance. Ignored them and never heard back.

        Thanks, it feels great. My Equifax credit score is 630 and there is not much I can do to improve except for time.

              My lawyer thought the worst that would happen is I would have to pay back the $2500 cash advance. I started a new job 1 week after my 341 hearing that pays well above the means so I wasn't concerned about paying back 2500. I was more concerned about the 100K of cc debt that was about to start accruing interest at 20+ percent.
