what are your Motions to dismiss \ abuse

well, we got the "motion to dismiss" - trying to decided whether to fight it or convert to 13.

I was wondering what others experiences are:

1. did you get a motion to dismiss and what was it for?
2. how long did you wait\are you waiting for it to be resolved.

What were the grounds for dismissal? Did your local trustee dismiss your Ch 7 or was it the US trustee for your area?

07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections

09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
