I keep checking pacer and nothing. Our last day was Oct 2. I have called the lawyer and they said I should get something in the mail within the week. Shouldnt something be posted on Pacer? I want this over already!

It largely depends on when your clerk does the work for it. Some districts only discharge close on certain days of the month. Don't get discouraged

Heck, I'm still waiting on the "CLOSED," notice even though I've been discharged ! But you'll be so relieved when you see that "DISCHARGED," letter. My discharge was actually due on Jan 8th 2007 and I didn't see until Jan 26th 2007. Than at the end of March 2007 I saw the Trustee was looking for relief BUT Im still waiting for the magical CLOSING of the case!
