    Means test.

Is it possible to make more $ than what is regulated (i.e. 75k for 2 people) and still be able to file a CH7?

    Do expenses figure in here?

any input would be great! : )

Yes, although it's hard to be much over the median and still qualify for Ch 7.

It might be helpful for you to do a "mock run" of your own figures through the Means Test forms. Try the interactive one at http://www.legalconsumer.com/bankrup...means-test.php - just put your own zip code in at the top.

By doing a mock run of your own, you can see how all the figures interact with each other and also get a sense of how close you are to meeting the guidelines to file Ch 7 (no more than $100/month of disposable income showing on the Means Test).
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
