Do you have to join? Won't my attorney be notified when the case is discharged? Why pay for the service?
I'm not really anticipating any problems. We are $10K below the median household income for the state (at least we were for the last 6 months, my husband just started a new job and his job would put us about $100 over the median income, but I don't think that will matter), we have no assetts, will be surrendering the house, haven't used any credit cards in over a year and a half so I think it's doubtful that anyone has a credible objection, etc. Our case seems pretty cut and dry to me... but maybe I am overly optimistic.
Anyway, is there anyone who did NOT join pacer?
Do you think it is a good idea to pay for one of the services that sends you updated credit reports every quarter after discharge so you can be sure all the credit agencies are reporting correctly?
