    You'll absolutely need your SSN Card and an "officially" issued photo ID with your correct address on it. Driver's License, State ID, that type of thing.

        Not unless your trustee specifically asked you to bring them.

              When I filed my paperwork, I originally thought the trustee would send me a letter telling me what he needed, but I didn't get one. So I went through my paperwork that legal aid gave me and I looked on our court's website, and they stated that I had to call the trustee and ask what he wanted. I called and he did want 6 months of paystubs and 2 years of taxes. If I hadn't called I would have probably had my 341 continued. So, you might check to see if the responsibility is on you.
