I went and it all went quickly. However omg I can't beleive it. My statement of financial affairs said I made 64,000 , but I really made 46,000. So the trustee says why does the statement say 64,000 and your taxes say 46,000. It was a typo I said. I had read and signed this thing and didn't even notice . I saw the income but didn't put two and two together I was just happy it was under median.

The two questions that everyone is asked are to confirm your name and address and to provide your picture ID and social security card. After that, each trustee tends to have a list of questions they like to ask everyone along with others that are more tailored to the specifics of each case.Originally posted by Kristarelle View PostWe have our meeting Monday November 19th at 8:30am. I am so nervous, what kind of questions do they ask?? Just curious?
Here's a list of questions that trustees may select from to ask during Ch 7 and Ch 13 341 meetings - http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/eo/private_...QsCh13AppC.htm It's not all inclusive, but will give you an idea of the types of questions that are asked.Last edited by lrprn; 11-17-2007, 08:03 PM.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
