Hello folks, thanks for all of your great and fantastic help. I am an asset case. I am able to buy back some of my non-emempt property. The trustee and myself and my lawyer agreed at me paying $8000. I already sent the money to my lawyer for his trustee account. At my 341 meeting, the trustee didn't ask me anything about whether or not I am expecting a tax refund or not. Do you think he will seize my refund? I am almost in the 30 day club. Thanks for all of your help.

INH, there's just no way for us to tell you whether your trustee will want all, a part, or none of your tax refund. There's tremendous variability for this across different districts, different states, even between trustees in the same local court. Ask your lawyer who is familiar with local court and individual trustee customs like this one.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
