How long until case closed after discharge (chp 7, no asset)?

06/28/06 - 341 Meeting

09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED

Mine is "typical" no asset chpt 7. Filed 7-11-07, discharged 10-30-07. Any idea how long until closing occurs in colorado?Comment

For the most part it depends on the Trustee, he/she is the one who has to close the case and they can keep it open for any number of reasons. Have you tired calling the BK court to find out if it's been closed ? Pacer updates aren't always timely.Comment
