We're being audited. We're WAY over median income (like 30% over) but passed the means test to file a 7. Not eligible for a 13.

Our attorney expected this, so he warned us about it before we even filed. Already has all the documentation the trustee wants.

When did you file, versus when did you find out you are being audited??

We too are about 30% over median income. But I think that's a pretty common thing for this area (southern California). Hopefully we don't get audited too.

Filed 11-28, got the notice today. 341 set for 12/21.

The US Trustees are looking closely at high income Ch 7 filers. If all of your ducks are in a row and you can produce proof for whatever may be asked, then you'll be fine. Sounds like your lawyer is experienced - that's a point in your favor.
