    Mortgage company

Hello folks, thanks for your help.

I have re-affirmed my mortgagr but when I pull my credit report, that account from my mortgage company (which is NOT late and always paid on time) is saying "STATUS CHANGED FROM PAID AS AGREED T0 INCLUDED IN BANKRUPTCY"
Its also showing as a CLOSED account on my credit report.

Does this happen even when you re-affirm?
Thanks for all of your great and fantastic help.

Reaffirmation is no guarantee that the lender will report to the credit bureaus. Reporting is purely voluntary unless you have a written agreement with the lender that states otherwise.

If the lender does report, then the account should read "IIB" or "included in bankruptcy" with a balance of 0 if the account is non-secured.
