Please read my whole story and HELP ME...Please

Hi, Some of you have already seen some of my past posts and questions. I have been asking questions about chapter 7. I have been thinking about it for a couples of years now. I am a small business owner and until I get paid for a job, my family and I live on CC. and have been living with not very good spending manners. shopping and travel gambling and stuff like that. I have always made good money to even pay off my cc several times in past years. last time they were paid off, it was 2005. But my business has been down and cc are maxed out. The thought of filing BK which I have been putting aside and working harder to pay them off is getting more serious and I guess there are no other options. I never wanted to "not to pay them". its becoming a circle, and wont end. I need to know how long the trustee can go back into the bank account and tax return, 6 months or 2 years, but can they go back more? The reason I am asking is that I may have been a little bit creative in my business expenses a couple years ago. declaring everything we have at home seems like a nightmare, we have 2 paid off cars, and one that we have payments on, for me, my wife and our oldest child. kids have laptops and flat TV's in their rooms and other electronics and gadgets. we rent and have no other asset. paying off CC this time is immpossible. they have accumulated to +/- 90K and there is no way I am not making enough money to even pay the minimum. I have also taken cash out of my perosnal checking account ans spent it $500, less or more at the time, is that going to raise a flag? my worries are little flags like this, and I cant possibly imaging loosing my kid's stuff. I would really appreciate if anyone can give me some advice. I realy need help. thank you.
I am NOT an attorney, anything I say here is not a legal advice.

Since you have a business involved in your bankruptcy, you need expert legal advice to sort out what's going to be possible in your situation and what isn't.

With paid off cars and recently purchased high-dollar luxury items like flat-screen TVs and vacations, that adds a layer of complexity to your case that's beyond the more straightforward cases we can help debtors sort things out best for.

Make appointments for free or low-cost initial consultations with 3-4 experienced bankruptcy lawyers in your area who frequently file for consumers with businesses. Your case is too complex and you haven't offered enough financial information about yourself to offer appropriate suggestions here.

Meet with the lawyers. They will be able to give you a good idea about whether you qualify for Ch 7 or 13, what assets may be at risk, and what things about your case the trustee may find troublesome. You will learn a lot....a lot more than we could ever tell you here.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
