I filed ch 7 and have not received a discharge . My spouse did not file. Can she finance a car or would she have to wait until my discharge?

Your wife has not filed and therefore is not declared bankrupt. As long as she is able to finance a car in her name, there is no problem. Your bankruptcy has nothing to do with her credit unless you do something joint or she adds you as an authorized user on any credit card she has.
