Oh yes the car was loaded on, his loud truck was sitting outside idling all the while he was making a scene. Plus that had to have taken some work because I park facing in (in a townhome community) with parking spaces in front so he would have had to have pulled the car out and turned it around to load it frontwards such as it was on the tow truck. I know they can do it rather quickly but I did notice that when I looked out the window.

Thanks for the information! No I didn't get any paperwork. When he got nasty I shut the door and locked it and he continued on his tirade then went to his truck and left. I sent an email to my attorney. I wished I would have told him I would send the keys back to the finance company instead of handing them to him. I was just so taken aback that he was pounding on the door, ringing the doorbell and calling my cell phone.
I would call the owner of his company and ask him what part of hell he gets his employees from and report them to the BBB....

do you remember the name of his company? if he was really that rude, regardless of whether he was there to take away your car or not, i would call and complain. if he wants to come and take your car and be rude at 3 AM, i'd at least get him in some trouble. and if his supervisor is as much of a jerk as he is, take it up to the company's owner.
He had a clipboard in his hand but I shut the door in his face after he started calling me names. I assumed he wanted me to sign something.
I tried to do the 722 redemption on it through chapter 7 and we couldn't agree to terms. The car was worth probably $12k on a good day and I owed $18k. Payments were almost $700 a month. I stopped paying when I filed in December. It wasn't worth keeping.
yeah glad you got rid of it 700 a month for any car hurts my feeling to hear. You were upside, I am glad you got rid of it.
