Reverting to a 7 from a 13

Does anyone have any experience on the 341 meeting with reverting the chapter 13 to a chapter 7? Is it usually approved?

The 341 meeting has nothing to do with whether you qualify for a "conversion" to a chapter 7 from a 13. At least, not as far as the BK trustee is concerned.

Are you filing with an attorney...generally, you will know if you can convert before you actually convert...it really is not a mystery.

yes our attorney advised us to revert after the birth of our first child....Although I want to get rid of my condo now and suggested I wait until the 7 is confirmed....Is it possible to get rid of the condo now and pay something 200 cheaper and more room?

I just converted from a 13 to a 7 and it was approved by the trustee. The 341 was actually shorter (and easier) than the one I had for the 13.
