One more cash gift question...
Is gift income also included when doing schedules I & J (or determining your disposable income in a Ch 13 scenario), or are the schedules based on projected income where as the means test is just the 6-month look back?

Whether gift income is included in your Means Test and Schedules calculations depends on your state and prior case law decisions in your bk district.
