Pacer help!!!

I registered or did a search on Pacer. I used my case # and did a search with my name. I made sure I was checking the correct district. AND it states no cases found. what am i doing? we just had our 341 on 4/8... by the way.... ours lasted 30 minutes! "problematic case" but I THINK we are ok. (actually Im not sure) I really want to check and see what Pacer says. If it will even say anything? BUT cant seem to find me! any suggestions? THANK YOU!

I found me! I guess I wasnt in there before my meeting... or maybe it was just me! Status is "awaiting discharge" and it says status set by Ch7 report of no distribution. what does that mean? and it says Asset: No. (which I figured?!!?) Im trying hard to understand all this! Thanks for input. Im sure its been answered before.

Did you do a search after you logged in?? If so I go to the bankruotcy link then I type my last name in and there it is along with everyone else with my last name if you have a common last name you may want to narrow your search with a date or your social.

Looks like your trustee has decided you are a no-asset case and recommends your discharge. Excellent - first hurdle cleared!

Now you just have to wait out the 60 days after your 341 and hope that no creditor file objections. If they don't, then you'll be discharged and closed within a few weeks. You are on the downhill slope - congrats!
