Ironically enough, the day I wrote about being impatient for the discharge is when I came home to a letter from the attorney stating that the discharge had been granted and yesterday the official letter from the bk court came! WOOHOO! 
I've already opened an ING savings with a direct w/drawl from my checking every month and we are well on our way to a sound financial future. I'm ignoring all cc offers until I get one without annual fees and then will just use it for gas and pay off every month to rebuild. We moved closer to my job so now instead of $300/month in gas I'll only be spending about $150. Life is GOOD. When we started this process I didn't think it COULD be this good, but you just have to get through it.
