OK, I have to chime in on wife 'AngelinaCat' in that MAKE PICTURES, get RECIEPT of condition, and DO NOT PAY LAWYER up front.

I'll tell you, they are lazy and paper pushers. They read only when asked. At our 2004, (you don't want one of these) she had to shuffle for our facts. I know Ms. "Cali" says pay up front I believe, but, perhaps in this case, have a money order for the balance and show a copy of it at the end of the person's job.

We are so sorry we paid up front as the lawyer just stopped becoming interested in us. Now her A** is in a bind and she is becoming "nice".

In our 2004 interview, it was obvious and she aided well in the fact she stated "yes, they have sent me many emails, let me look", so the 'special attorney' heard that little bit of incompetence.

This is not an easy thing and very hard on the stress. 'Cat wife' and I are under medication for this stress. I hate it but we have big problems with one who would even take away this second chance. Be appreciative that you are only bound by the fact that you have no money. We are attacked by one who states we have made this all up. He is a millionaire who wants us dead. He may get his wish.

I am not sure of how easy it is to find an attorney to do ANYTHING without money up front. Let alone a bankruptcy for a person who is already in financial troubles. Of the few I spoke to there was not even one who would start paperwork until full payment was made.

OCK, I deleted the name of the law firm you retained in both your posts. It's against our forum rules to mention individual lawyers or law firms by name in the open forums. Please do not include the firm's name in your future posts - thanks!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
