    Reaffirmation filed twice with courts...why?

Just looked on pacer yesterday and the reaffirmation for our car was filed twice by our lender's attorney...why would they file it twice??!

The first time was filed on May 16th and then a month later they file it again??
    Filed Chapter 7: 3-22-08
341 Meeting: 5-15-08 It went great!!!
    Last day for objections: 7-14-08
    Discharged and Closed: 7-21-08

The most obvious reason is that the creditor's lawyer may not have remembered it was already filed. Chances are he/she and their office staff are pretty busy these days with all the cases being filed that have reaffirmation agreements involved.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

    06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13
    06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
    07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

I don't know unless he forgot that he filed it the first time . There weren't any corrections or changes to the second one was there?
