    Now what??
I don't know if I should be happy or not. I'm sure the IRS and Sallie Mae will start calling now.

The good thing is that your unsecured debt and any secured debt you no longer wanted is gone forever - that's a lot to be happy about! Congratulations! Hopefully not having to pay your unsecured debt now frees up enough cash to tackle the IRS and your student loans.

If you can't pay what the IRS wants, work with them to set up a payment plan for your taxes.

Unfortunately dealing with Sallie Mae is like dealing with the devil. They are notorious for very contentious dealings with their borrowers - http://www.consumeraffairs.com/finance/sallie_mae.html

The best thing you can do is pay off your student loans as quickly as possible, and watch your Sallie Mae account like a hawk while you do so.
