Credit Report After Filing

I just checked my credit report. The score sucks, but I knew that would happen.

All accounts except for 2 are reporting as IIBK with zero balance. The cards with zero balance before filing are still the same.

I have a collections showing from a company I included in BK.

Both of the auto accounts say IIBK with zero balance. We are keeping one and letting the other go.

I won't actually start my clean up until after discharge.

ETA: I just checked DH, and his score is 100 points more than mine. And one of the accounts that isn't reporting correct for me is for him. All his BK accounts are IIBK with zero balance. All the ones that were zero balance before are still the same.

I'm still fighting with Experian almost two years after discharge of our Chapter 13. I cannot wait for the accounts to drop off starting next April - it's been a mess of constantly changed information; from correct to non-correct; from Chapter 13 then listed as Chapter 7, corrected back to Chapter 13 and 3 months later shows as Chapter 7....I just wonder who they hire to input that information.

Be diligent and take your time in cleaning up. Let all your discharge information get on there before you go into clean up.

Flamingo - I was thinking about waiting until after discharge.

The report doesn't look that bad. I only have 2 accts and 1 collection to fix on mine. And none on DH.
