Question about pacer and deadlines

Looking at Pacer under deadlines/hearings there are a couple of boxes at the top with various titles.

Doc #46 is labeled Financial management and Filed 6/02/08 and Due/Set 8/25/08. However under the box Satisfied there is nothing. Does this mean that my lawyer hasn't submitted my Financial management course after I converted to a 7?

The financial course paperwork was originally filed 3/18/08 before I converted to a chapter 7. I called them several weeks ago to make sure I didn't have to repeat the course since I converted and the answer was No.

Should they have resubmitted the paperwork or will the page update to reflect that it's been submitted?

Call your lawyer tomorrow and ask if he/she has submitted your financial management certificate yet. Never hurts to tug a coattail about something so important.

Check your Case Summary page under flags. If you see DebtEd or DebtEdJ (if you're a joint filer), it has not been recorded. Either of these flags will prevent auto-discharge.

It could be that your attorney submitted the financial management course certificate and the flag was removed, but the schedule was not updated.
