Hi all,
I'm a bit concerned. I canceled my on line payments with Bank of America yet they processed my monthly payment anyways. My line of credit which is tied to my checking account at my CU automatically gives me overdraft protection. I checked my CU account this morning on line and so far my line of credit has transferred $420.00 into my checking account to cover the payment for BOA and another $100.00 check I wrote before I retained my attorney, but they just cashed it over the past weekend.
Will this create a problem in my case? I have already changed banks and am only keeping enough in there to make my mortgage and car payments and a few extra dollars.
