    Credit Report

Should you bring a copy of your credit report to your attorney? Does the trustee want to see a copy or does he already have one?

Yes, it is good to bring one with you. Some attorneys will pull credit reports as part of their services. (Some of the software that BK lawyers use, will automagically pull credit reports into the Case.)

Your attorney should provide you with a checklist of things that s/he wants you to bring in. This includes, but is not limited to, mortgages, deeds, titles to vehicles and boats, insurance policies for all property, ssn card(s), last 3 years tax returns, etc.
