    Multiple bankruptcy question

In my 341 yeterday the trustee asked the standard have you been bankrupt before. I have not, but Dh has 11 years ago .........he was out to sea for 6 months, his wife at the time had power of attorney and when he came back she had paid nothing the whole time he was gone, and droped their child in an orphange, he had no choice to file. I am now worried that now it will start the UST to investigate thinking because he filed then he was going to do it again and intended to.

Just thinking that once you say yes to that... thats when they start going over the file and asking for things like 3 years statements etc etc.

    any insight?
also what is the 10 day rule after a 341 with the UST?

I understand from past postings in this forum that if you are a repeat filer, you are scrutinized more closely.
