    what does it mean...on pacer?

On pacer it shows that one of our creditors filed a claim on 12/9/08. We had the 341 meeting on 12/11/08 and it went well. This creditor did not show and the amount we owe them is over $4000.00. We are a no asset case so because he filed a claim does that mean we will be forced to pay that debt??

Nope. If you are no asset, they can file claims all they want.

They may have thought that perhaps it would change to an asset case. You never know.

No worries... you should be in the 60-day club now.
