As i mentioned I only prepare the petition, after the lawyer or the paralegal got the information i need to file, they hand it to me and i start my job. Anyway
i have posted this question.
Im nervous about this client, i dont want to screw him up. He is such a good client specially whenit comes to paying.
I have discussed with my lawyer about his taxes again.
My lawyer insisted to me to just file his taxes january then end and file Bk.
thats exactly what she said. she said we wil your the return as an excuse on paying us the law office. do you guys believe this.
Now what im telling my client is. to have him aware that what i do was what the lawyer asked me to. if he trust me i will do my best to keep it, and if it didnt work that way will you get piss? hahahha. Well hes my friends thats why im worried. im just waiting for his w2 and im ready to file his taxes.
HE owes 90k unsecured debts. (i think hes paying 2500 a month with all of them, very high interest isnt it?)
has 15k cd account (can u believe that?)
2k in savings accnt
gross income of 3200 Monthly
rent payment 1600 a month
truck payment 270 around like that.
When i look at his income and the bills he pay nothing is left for him.
however with his cd account i kinda see some red flag there. so i suggested him to take it all out. asap! little by little whatever way he can them.
and will file BK for him feb. what do u think? thank guys
