We had a Chapter 7 asset case, they took our paid off truck, what little stock we had, no one had filed claim against the assests and it's been just over a month since then. We did recieve back our truck right away but are now waiting for the return of the money from the stock that they had cashed in. Our case has been discharged July 30th 2008. Our lawyers assitant just says that no one has returned their calls. My husband has been reduced down on his days at work just enough he can't file for unemployment and we are hurting for money. Is there anything I can do to speed up anything? We need this money so bad!!!

Your attorney is the only person who can assist you with this. Unfortunately, it sounds like the BK did not help you at all and you are dealing with cash flow/income issues._________________________________________
