    341 via Interrogatories

Hi, I'm hoping someone can give me a little insight here ...

Hubby and I filed for Chapter 7 and our 341 was held end of November. My husband was unable to attend due to medical disability, an an order was entered in mid-December for his 341 to be conducted by interrogatories. As of this date, have not seen the interrogatories, and "60 days" were up on 1/26. I've made a pest of myself with my bankruptcy attorney about getting these out of the way, but he seems unconcerned -- last week he said he'd send an email to the bankruptcy trustee and that I should have the interrogatories early this week. Of course, they haven't shown up, and I'm wondering why it's like pulling teeth to get this done.

Can someone tell me what (if anything) is going on? Are the bk trustees so busy they can't address this kind of situation promptly? I'm just very puzzled on this ...

Thanks so much in advance for your help!

I'll bet it's 60 days from the date of the Order which you state was "mid-December." You can bet trustees and BK attorneys are hopping through flaming hoops with all the filings.

      lol! Probably so!

No, I meant my "60 days" were the 60 days from initial 341 meeting, where the creditors have their last chance to object. If my hubby were able to attend that 341, the bk could have proceeded normally; now, I don't know what is supposed to happen. Just a bit frustrating and nerve-wracking!

Thank you for your response, though! The last sentence made me laugh!
