Can bank demand vehicle after discharge?

(PSF, I moved your question off the unrelated thread you posted it to to here in its own thread. You'll get more and better answers this way. in the future, please don't "hijack" someone else's thread - please start your own. Thanks! -lrprn)

Sorry, I'm confused. Is the vehicle you mentioned in the second sentence above not included with the original two vehicles when you filed? Or are you referring to one of the original two "owned outright" vehicles? If so, which one? Car or truck?
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

Thank you it was not my intention to "hijack" a post. Being new to the sight I did not understand how to "post my own question".

We own three vehicles a truck, a car, and a recreational vehicle. It is the third vehicle that is my concern.
Our store was a restaurant and the bank that made the business loan went under in July of 08. We have not heard from them except to know that that assests of that bank were bought by another bank and the debt was taken over by the FDIC. The bank appraised the equipment in the failed store but never took posession. The landlord served them with a letter back in August saying they had 30 days to remove the equipment or it would revert to the landlord.
Now of course we want all this behind us and were told they could not come back some day and tell us to give up the recreational vehile (we still hold the title). Then there were conflicting reports that they had 30 days after the discharge. Now I don't know what to believe. Just wanted some insight.
