    After 341 meeting.

So, in pacer is says no distribution case and the trustee never said she wanted my income tax, she just asked how much it was. I was wondering since it's been around 3 weeks now since my 341 meeting what are the chances she will request my income tax return?
In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: "It goes on".

Flipping a coin would have the same chance of answering your question correctly as anyone here can. Who knows?? Either your trustee will ask for the returns or he/she won't.

If I had to guess, then I'd say that if your trustee really wanted your returns, you probably would have heard about it by now. But until your case is discharged, it could still happen.

Same thing happened to us, we were asked at our 341 what are expected tax refund would be and the trustee even made a note of it. But he never asked for it.

I would agree with lrprn, in most cases if they wanted it you would have heard by now
