I went through the paperwork received from our Attorney and Yep! He is requesting copies of Titles or Lien paperwork on our vehicles we listed along with current insurance policies.

Georgiamommy: If my hearing was tomorrow, I would make darn sure I took the 'Written Sale' of the vehicle & a Fair Market Anaylsis (nada, kelleybluebook, etc) of such vehicle. That way, if Trustee does ask if you've had any changes to your Assets, Exemptions, Income, etc., you will be prepared.

Not being prepared might delay your discharge and I know you want that to happen as it's been a nightmare just getting everything in order to give to the Attorney to file your bankruptcy LOL!

Will be praying you get the 'normal questions asked' and have a 5-10 minute 341 Meeting

Our 341 was today and the trustee did ask the question "if we had any changes or omissions we needed to add". He asked that question of every couple. So I guess it depends upon the Trustee. I was way overstressed for the situation for no reason. Relax you will do fine.

thanks for everyone's responses. I have printed out the Kelly Blook book value on my car that I sold and will have that with me just in case.
I hope this time tomorrow I will be breathing easier and I will let everyone know what happens and if this comes up at my 341 tomorrow.

I had my 341 today and it was a piece of cake... really it was.
The Trustee acted like he was just going through the motions and asking the standard yes/no questions. It was over in about 30 seconds. No mention of the car and also I received in February a $5100 federal tax refund and he never mentioned it either. I don't even know if he noticed it. He was going through every one's case so fast. Everyone talks about the 5-10 minute 341's, these were 30 seconds. I got there at 10am, my 341 was at 10:30. I was back in my car about 10:45. He didn't ask nor want to see any bank statements, insurance policy's, NOTHING. He had my petition, my 07 and 08 taxes and copies of my pay stubs which he gave them all back to me. That was it. Now I can wait out the 60 days for the discharge!
