    Vehicles 1&2

    I currently have 2 vehicles
    - 1 financed and 1 paid vehicle

    My petition is
    (B22A)

#22A- 2 or more is checked
and $622.00 is in the box to the right (total)

    Vehicle #2
    #23- 2or more is checked
    a-489.00(IRS standard)
    b-510.00(adjusted Payment)
But there isn't an amt in the total box to the right$ ??

    Vehicle #2
    #24- a is $0
I thought you got the IRS transportation standards even if the car was paid for?

    #2
    22A- Correct
23 - Only check 1. The amount of the actual payment will be listed at the end of the means since it is higher than the IRS standard.
24 - No, you do not get to claim you are making a payment on a car that does not have a loan or lease attached to it.

Whether you can include the IRS Limit for a vehicle that is "unencumbered" by a loan/debt... is District specific. Some allow it, some don't. It's about 50-50 as to which ones do and which ones do not.
