House was on hardship program...

Can anyone answer this or should I ask our attorney?

Our house has been on the hardship program for 6mths 1300. mth, just went back to normal payment of 2027. this month which is going to be hard to pay.

We havent paid our retainer fee yet so dont know if my lawyer can help more or not.

Guess my question is... do I call and ask to stay on hardship program and tell them we are filing bankruptcy or what to do??? To make the 2027.00 we will be late on the payment so just not sure

Well you should always go to your Attorney for critical advice before the internet!

But in the case of your home do you plan on keeping it? If not I would stop paying them and use the money you would have to cover the retainer fee.

You will have some time before foreclosure begins.
