    credit card?

    i got my mail yesterday, and i almost threw it away, and then decided to
    open this letter from First National Bank Omaha? it was a "zero balance
    statement for your information only", for a credit card i didn't know i had,
    i recognized the account number , and i had closed a few cards, a few
    years ago, i must have forgot this one! how ironic i just filed thursday!
    i havn't got any cards or statements before now from this company!
    so now what! do i call my attorney, or just bring the statement to my
    341 ? i dont want the card, it has a 23% rate, kinda ironic that i have
    probably just now.. have gone into the 60 days red on my credit reports,
    are they fishing me so i will use this card too...

    From what I understand, if you have a zero balance, you don't add it to your bk because it is not a debt--you don't owe them. If you don't want the card, throw it away. Especially at 23%.
