My husband and I filed Ch 7 and got our discharge in June. We surrendered our house and havent made a payment since Dec 08. Will the government take our taxes each year because of the bk?

The Government won't take your taxes unless you owe money for back taxes, unpaid student loans, and/or other unpaid domestic support obligations.
If you were an asset case and the Trustee asked for your tax refund, then that would be a one time deal.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
