The answer to why you are getting CC offers is simple.
You cannot file again for many years so you are good as far as they are concerned.
And yes the interest rates will be higher now that you have filed.
Well the thing I wonder about is.... the "regular" people who have not filed for bankruptcy are having their rates jacked up to 30% for no reason whatsoever. If the "normal" people are getting 30% interest rates...what the hell would the bankruptcy folks get???
I also heard last night that CitiBank is probably filing for bankruptcy now.
