Found this update on my PACER docket.

What does this mean? I saw it on PACER. Is there something that I have to comply with?

Order Determining Debtor's Compliance with Filing Requirements of Section 521(a)(1). Deadline for any creditor or other party in interest to contest the court's finding shall file an objection not later than 20 days from the date of entry of this order . (Clerk's name omited from here) (Entered: 08/31/2009)

Ah, the good ole compliance statement. It's just procedural. The Court must insure that you filed all the right paperwork with the right signatures, etc, etc. I like to call it the 30 day hurdle. It's meaningless for you, unless you forgot to file a particular form.

If you are not in compliance, you get an automatic dismissal.

So, this is just "informational" really.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
