Just from following this judge and the boards and stuff, it does not appear that tomorrow will be anything much in regards to me having to speak a whole lot so I am not worried there, but IF it is - I can do that. She seems to make all of her rulings prior and only if she has questions will she continue it, or not make a ruling, or take things under submission. I already know that the UST will not "fight" whatever she does - we have spoken and this is just what he "had" to do as part of his job, but he feels for our situation and wishes it wasn't like this for us. Not like the UST wants to lose, but I know he is not "against" us. If she rules that we get our discharge, I know he is not gonna stand up and fuss. So being there with the judge or the UST is not what has me nervous......it is obviously the life changing decision this judge has in her hands.

We'll see. If it doesn't go well, we'll need a Pro Se Chapter 11 board in here....LOL

I have my hearing regarding the motion the UST filed to dismiss my case for abuse. I have been reading the judges tentative rulings for weeks now, just to see how she rules on things, and they are always posted the day before like clockwork, and wouldn't you know it....today - nothing is posted for tomorrow. UGH.

We went before her before for the releif from automatic stay (and we won - their motion was delayed) and for our reaffirmation hearing on the car. She is very nice - it is not a scary or negative experience at ALL with this judge, so that is nice.....but the last two times we went before her I knew going in what she had already ruled, and this time (for the biggest deal of them all) I don't.

Well, we'll see.
