341 meeting today...

What a painless 30 seconds!! The process was as smooth as silk. The trustee had broken up the 160+ group into 4 different groups coming in the building at different times (9, 9:30, 10, and 10:30) instead of the whole shabang of people showing up at 9 a.m. like originally planned. It kept everything in an orderly fashion and we didn't have to wait forever. I was next to the very last person to go before him before lunch and I got there at 10:15 am for my 10:30 appt. and was done and gone at 11:30. I think he asked me 3-4 questions. (has your address changed?, were you sent all of your paperwork ahead of time before read it and then signed it? Was everything correct to your knowledge in the paperwork? are you expecting a large tax refund or inheritance? any creditors here have anything to say? Thank you Monica). Wow! Mine was easy and flawless and I am so excited as to what the "new year" will have in store w/me as my WHOLE LIFE is gonna be a fresh start!!

my meeeting was today also. Same here..pretty painless except the trustee mentioned to almost everyone that went up that they should have hired an attorney. I thanked her for her suggestion but told her that we didn't have $1200+ for an attorney and that was one of the issues...not having enough income. She was polite asked 3 or 4 questions and told us that if not creditor objects we should get our discharge by Jan 17th!! I am so happy.

I had mine today too - it was quick and painless. Im just glad it's over. Now to wait until January for discharge!
