    Change in Local California Bankruptcy Rules and FRCP

    Effective December 1, 2009, new changes will come into effect regarding the rules of court. I have the info from my attorney service but can only forward it via email as it is a pdf. If you want this info, please PM me with your info and I will email it.

    I think these rules will effect all courts.

      Thanks for the update!

      The Interim Rules have always been a pain to deal with. I like it when they make some things permanent.

      There are a bunch of form changes and they are all here... http://www.uscourts.gov/bankform/index.html. However, on 12/1/2009, they'll be the official forms, so when you go to the US Bankruptcy Site, it will show the new (or current) forms.

        Correct JB. Also, they're changing some of the ways you count due dates.
