Same here no activity on PACER since 12/14/2009. I'm only at day 36 since my 341 meeting, so we'll see. I'm at a point if it takes another month oh well, as long as it is discharged! I guess my mortgage company (Chase) didn't fill an objection... Fresno, CA foreclosures have increased over 4% since 2008 and bankruptcies over 50% since 2008! So I'll just be a freeloader and wait for the foreclosure to happen and put a nice chunk of money away each month before I have to move!
If anything happens on PACER I post...

I will be checking my PACER a few times this next week and early next week to see if I get an early discharge. We all want a discharge and not a dismissal!

Jribe keep us posted as you should be seeing something for sure this week!

It's the only explanation that I have.

ok- that's how mine shows too! I read the order fixing deadline paper again- and since you've already done your financial management- i would think you'd be done early.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see what actually happens.

I wonder if it's just that CA is getting so backed up with BK cases, that they're discharging the easy, no asset ones early?

But, also shows the 02/08/2010 date for Objection to Discharge... So why the date of 01/11/2010 date for Last date for Objections due, if the creditor has until 02/08/2010? I guess it is good I'm not a lawyer!

i'm actually wondering if i slowed it down myself. I didn't file our completed statement of financial management until 12/28. The letter sent out to creditors said the date was 12/25 to object to discharge and something else about another 3 days. Maybe i'll have good news this week

This is what my deadlines show. The document under "objections due" is the one that shows 12/25 and talks about discharging the case. And under "status" it says "awaiting dischage"

I asked my attorney right after my 341 meeting about 60 more days before discharge. and she stated that I should be discharged in about 45 days.... of course this is the Eastern District of CA. A coworker had filed in Aug and was discharged from CH 7 at the end of Nov 45 days after her 341 meeting... so at least here in the central valley of CA we have a shorter discharge time... we;ll see, at least I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it's isn't a train!
